I was very impressed with Dr. Pflum. I had not been to the doctor in a long time and he answered all my questions. He is very personable and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately, I wish that his staff was capable of performing their jobs. I provided my insurance card during my visit but they did not apply my insurance to the first bill. This means I got a bill for $308.00 that should have been paid by insurance. I left a message with his answering service because I called after hours (I work...). It was NOT returned. Weeks later, I recieved another bill from him for $308. I left 2 more messages and neither were returned. I recieved another bill and finally decided to call during work since apparently no-one checks or returns messages there...I got in touch with Linda. She said she would make sure the insurance was billed instead of me and that I would get a letter. Well I did get a letter but unfortunately I received it from a collection agency saying that I will be reported to credit bureaus and I still owed the $308. Obviously this made me very upset! I call Linda and ask "WHAT HAPPENED?". She said she would call the collection agency and have it corrected. I asked to have a letter mailed to me letting me know it had been corrected. She called the next morning and said it had been corrected but a letter CANNOT be sent. I said "you can send a letter threatening credit bureau reporting due to your error but cannot send a letter saying I am no longer in collections?". She told me to call the collection agency and that she could not do anything. I called the collection agency and they said it would not be a problem sending the letter I had requested. This has been over a months worth of headaches! Dr. Pflum, if you are reading this I would re-evaluate your office staff!

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
