Dr. Taylor was my doctor (I thought she was) for over eight years. I had not seen her for a long time because I was healthy, she does a good job, right? Well, when I recently called for an appointment, I was told by her staff that I was no longer a patient. "You have to enroll as a new patient and we have no openings, nobody here does." What, no notice of being DUMPED as a patient? I feel like I'm in a Seinfeld episode! Mean, nasty lady on the phone that day.

Dr. Taylor is condecending but at the same time, dim. She didn't seem like she wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I would never send my friends or family here. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
