I was a patient of Dr. Flynn for more than 20 years. My first and second husband as well as my daughter were patients. THEN he signed on with a V.I.P. program that makes patients pay thousands as a cover charge to see him. I don't understand why such a great doctor would do such a despicable thing. Horrible, unethical decision.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
