The front desk secretary(Appointment scheduler) was RUDE. I found it to be incredibly rude. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
