They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
