It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
