They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I will never go back to this P and G Doctor!

I was yellow. My fever was 104. My urine was as brown as iced tea. I had the back pains. She said that I had urinary tract infection caused from not drinking enough water on a flight from Dallas? When I called back the next day, she was annoyed and prescribed a P&G drug for a urinary issue. I went to Jewish ER where their diagnosis saved my life. I had cancer. The whipple was performed on 10/15/2003.

You figure it out.

. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
