They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
