The office staff is the absolute worst I've seen and I'm nearly 60 years old. For instance, when I call in for prescriptions the staff routinely screws up the request and often times they don't call back when the prescription is ready. This has gone on for years. When I asked the receptionist how we might resolve the problem, she suggested I speak with the office manager. When the office manager came out to speak with me she was completely obnoxious from the start. I put my hand out to shake her hand prior to the conversation she declined to shake it. Then she proceeded to tell me how wonderful she thinks their patient service is. When I tried to tell her about the problems, she refused to listen or take responsibility, then she abruptly walked away. The truth is, I was anticipating a patient advocate that was interested in understanding the issues and resolving them, but that was clearly naive on my part. She came into the conversation defensively and unprofessionally and ended it the same way. I've discussed the problems with Dr. Gibbons in the past and he has been completely dismissive. Both the Dr. and his office manager are concerned with one thing - simplifying their time in the office and retiring. And frankly, they both need to.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
