I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The staff misfiled multiple paper work issues and lied to me. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
