Every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.The equipment was safe and well taken care of. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. This occurred when I found out I was around 4 months pregnant. They wanted me to see a nurse 3 times before Dr. Slater would see me. Before I ever got an ultrasound, my baby died. The only ultrasound that was granted was through the emergency room so they could see what was going on. I felt so done wrong. Was I not important? Recently I called in to get an appt. for a yeast infection and was told to get a UTI test. I know my body- it's a totally different hole! I can't use over the counter medication and they know this. It's on record. They wouldn't schedule me in for 10 days. When I did get to go in they needed an insurance card. Understandable; however, I have insurance that I don't have a card for yet. I had this insurance previously and this office knows this. I was told to reschedule when I had my card. I was even willing to pay up front out of pocket and was turned away. "It's policy". Well, I won't be going back. They are rude! Why is it so hard to find Doctors and staff that care? I have insurance so I told them I'd hate to see how they treat people whom don't have it at all.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Todd Slater, MD was very thorough and informative.
