I couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were to first-time mothers. They really make all the first-time mothers feel uninformed and inexperienced. I couldn't believe how rude and demeaning they were. I left there almost in tears. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
