They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Their office was nice and quiet, but that doesn't make up for the lack of care you get from the doctor. His aids have to overcompensate to make up for him.
