Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
My whole experience at this office was wonderful starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

No, I don't think so

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
