Dr. Hesz is the best pediatrician that my children have visited. She is always honest, direct, and open to any questions we have asked. This woman has excellent knowledge, and has a great nursing staff that are also very caring and helpful.

Dr. Nancy Hesz has always been my daughter's doctor. We love her. She is very straight forward with us and always does what is best for my child. I would recommend her to anyone..

I am completely happy with Dr. Hesz. I have been taking my 1 year old son to her since the first week he was born. I did explain to Dr. Hesz at our first appointment that I was not comfortable with immunizing him, at least not until after age 2. She did share her disagreement with this (which I expected!), but do not refuse to continue seeing him as a result. She always seems to be pretty thorough and friendly during our well-child visits. My only complaint about this office is the front office / secretarial staff. They are never overly friendly, but they have also never been what I would consider outright rude. Just not very welcoming...Overall, I would recommend this dr. to friends and family.

Took my 16 month son here today, first time in for a meet and greet and check up for my son, the staff at the front desk was short with me upon greeting and did not seem to mind if i was there or not, When meeting Dr Hesz had a short but nice conversation on my sons history, Then asking me if we were going to to his immunizations or shots. I responded by saying i was not going to have them done today. Dr Hesz then got angry very short and rude with me and told me to go find another Dr, and that we are done here then told me she was nott going to hear some one tell her other wise. Please use caution when speaking to her she in not good at communicating with others.

I have read some reviews which were not very promising. We moved 2hrs from anyone we knew and I had no idea about which DR. to see. I was concerned regarding a few reviews, but I know people share bad experiences more than good ones. I am soooo happy I chose them. The staff was very friendly and worked with us when we didn't have insurance and my daughter needed seen. My daughter was diagnosed with a speech delay by this office (which her other provider would brush off my concerns and say give her more time). I took my daughter in for a cold and ear infection and left with her enrolled in an Early Intervention for Speech! I understand the signs saying if you are on your cell phone you will not be called/seen. It is rude to be on your phone when someone is trying to talk to you and make sure your child is healthy. The one issue I have is they don't seem to have a voicemail, so you have to call during hours and they close for their lunch. I wish I could leave a message/ They also try not to fill up their schedule so if another child is sick they can get in usually the same day or next day.

I have always been treated well in this office. My children receive the best care and the appropriate testing for whatever we are being seen for. We have never been put on the back burner , we have always been squeezed in, in an emergency, and have even been seen multiple times in one week due to worsening symptoms. They listen very well. Having a child with a serious disease these doctors always respond with the on call service in the middle of the night. These doctors are old school and don't jump into over diagnosing or over reacting but always make sure they follow up the right specialist for the right care. The nurses are awesome and well educated , they have fantastic attitudes, they never has disappointed me. I recently moved 25 minutes away and still drive my children out there for appointments. Love that they have a well room waiting area and a sick room area. And if your child has a rash u go Ina completely different area.very clean and organized place. Dr Hess always is informative and explains everything to me. I would 100% reccomend them .

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about child safety or nutrition

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
