At first this office appeared friendly, but after an office staff gave wrong information I was unfortunately discharged, someone in his office gave me wrong info I was discharged. Dr. Keum went on vacation and I needed refill on pain med I was told I could not get my refill because Dr. Keum was on vacation so I got it through my primary, then I was discharged. They said I violated the agreement There was someone in his office who said I could not get a refill no one would own up to this and I suffered because of this situation I don't know who it was but I was given this information. I have no reason to lie because I have been getting my mediication form him.De. Keum has been my Pain management doctor for over a year I had not got pain meds for my back from my primary during the whole time Ihad been his patient. I know his office had changed and they were making office changes at time. I want to know do people think If I had not gotten pain meds from primary since seeing Dr,.Keum what since did that make not unless someone had given out such false Sham on the person who gave out wrong info because the patient's suffers behind someone else's mistake

The staff is friendly. After going to the Dr. since 2004 for the same thing, time after time, Dr. Keum did some testing and found out what was really wrong. I then went to a Rheumatologist who confirmed his diagnosis. After all these years, I have finally been helped. I am on 2 medications and I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Dr. Keum!!!!

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their staff was rude uncaring not friendly at all. Dr. Lee had me come back so that my bill got outragious. The staff told me my insurance was covering the bill. When the pain did not stop I went to a different pain management doctor and after a few visits sent me to a surgeon. Now I stuggle to pay the bill. Dr. Lee did not care about my finiancial trouble. A professional doctor would have told me that I needed surgery!!!!!!! Try Dr. Mikhal he is very caring and professional.
