This guy is a hack and someone that doesnt care about his patients, only interested in writing out scrips and making money, he is the reason people have drug addications from un controlled pain and he never follows up or checks in on a patient, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Keum has treated me for pain for 10-11 years. He has such a good bedside manner and is very concerned in many aspects of my care. When one is looking for a pain manager, trust becomes very key in the doctor / me relationship. Two thumbs up.

I have been seeing Dr. Kuem for several years. If it wasn't for him I would be on disability. I think he is very good at what he does.

Dr. Keum is extremely rude!! Due to a billing issue/problem of insurance vs workers compensation their form does not explain in detail about "we will not retroactive bill workers compensation." Since a C-9 was not filed by my referring physician I told them to bill the insurance (which they already took the co-pay for) but they refused. She said that was only for new patients yet she said I wasn't a new patient but a referred patient (so why am I filling out new patient forms?). Huh??? Therefore they have to bill under workers compensation and not insurance. I told her I would fill out another new patient form, they said no I can't and I must have C-9. Dr. Keum came out and said he will not see me, he won't tolerate me and ordered me to leave his office. He wasn't going to put up with me a day after a holiday. Huh again?? I wasn't even rude to them!! Absolutely horrible doctor to deal with.

The staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, their personnel were very professional and treated me with kind respect. The doctor listened to all my questions and answered them. The treatments he administered to my back and hand have helped me so far and I am able to function without pain doing my daily chores. I highly recommend this physician. He is the only doctor that has helped me with my problems after seeing several other doctors with no progress. He is very professional and is concerned for his patients.
