They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Just expect to wait at least an hour to even see the doctor, he is so busy! If you want to get out faster you should see any of the PAs they are wonderful!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. That helps when you are feeling very poorly.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
