He is the most knowledgeable and helpful doctor I've ever been to. He tries to combine Western and Holistic medicine to help correct/cure people. He consistently keeps up with current wellness information from around the world. The very best doctor I have ever had the blessing to work with on my health. And the only one that I've been able to get real results/healing from. (not just controlling the problem). I really appreciate his continuous efforts to help his patients.

This is office and staff is completely unprofessional in every way. They are grossly negligent in their scheduling and timing with absolutely zero respect for your time, needs or appointment integrity. You will wait for a ridiculous amount of time for the Dr., every single time, without exception. This will be the case regardless of whether you are the very first appointment of the day (multiple times he has been more than a half hour late to meet us, despite us being his first patient in the am), and there will be no apologies or explanations, just an egotistical lack of care or concern whatsoever for your time and schedule. They will also cancel appointments on you AFTER you show up, and then tell you that they won't be rescheduling you for at least a couple weeks, and again they will do so with smug indifference to the time they have wasted of yours and with a lack of integrity that is shameful. From the embarrassingly abhorrent lack of client care and service, to the 30 second Dr. visit where he asks you virtually no questions and then leaves the room after scribbling on your sheet, never to return, but only to charge you exorbitantly higher amounts than any other Dr. In the entire state, for tests they will run and then never discuss with you (or ask you to come back, but cancel your appointment when you do), do yourself and your family a favor and dont just walk, but RUN from this clinic and staff. Their disrespectful, fraudulent disregard for your needs will only cost you prodigious amounts of your time that they will waste and money that you will spend for no meaningful follow-up and a complete absence of care for your needs.

We have been seeing Dr. Rothwell for a couple of year now and I can honestly say that he seldom treats me as a whole person. Basic health care is seldom addressed, he rather concentrates on the hormone replacement. I have to ask for cholesterol checks, sugar tests etc...Getting and keeping an appointment without them calling to reschedule is irritating, especially when you are sick. I have to ask for lab results (they have lost mine twice), I have to ask or everything. It's not just me, I know 4 other patients who are treated the same. Errors in prescriptions. The office is poorly managed but I have noticed an improvement, the receptionist was actually nice the other day..it was a strain I could tell she wanted to bark when I asked a question. Is it that hard for a medical practice to extend compassion to someone who is sick? I will call in to speak to the nurse and may get a call back, but usually not. His staff is the most rude staff I have ever encountered in the medical field my whole life. I continue to return to him because I know of no other physician that will treat hormone replacement. I am currently looking for another physician, one who cares to correct his rude staff and demand more from them as well as one who will care for my general health as much as he wants to correct my hormones. The sign above the nurses station say's "No Whining" don't let that intimidate you from complaining about the office. Although I did complain about them losing my labs then not returning my phone call when I was very sick...his reply was to make excuses for their incompetence....really?
