Dr. Klotz is disappointing. My husband and I both talked to him about my husbands declining sex drive. He refused to do anything! He acknowledged the problem but acted afraid to do anything. He seemed afraid of St John and just wanted to follow the "routine". We were honest with him and he knew we needed help and he failed to do anything! I would hate to have cancer and depend on him to save me. I don't think he is courageous, compassionate, concerned, or truly dedicated to solve medical issues. My husband and I believe that sex is a crucial part of marriage and we related that we wanted to try all medical prescriptions available but were ignored. What happened to physicians using medicine and knowledge to ease or alleviate a medical condition? Isn't that what a Doctor is supposed to do? If not, what IS their job and why are they getting paid?

The wait time and rudeness of the staff aren't the worst of it all. Dr. Klotz inappropriate behavior is what finally ran us off. He tells inappropriate things about him, his family, other clients and talked for over an hour in what should have been a 15 minute visit. I have heard this from several other patients of his too so felt I needed to share.

I would give a full 5 stars, however the wait times are typically 2-3 hours (2 or so in the waiting room, 1/2 hour in the exam room). I have seen him for quite a long time, but the wait times are now typical (last 5-6 times). I even went in the morning and waited 2 hours total. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT! This last time I ran 5 minutes late, left work to drive all the way to his office, where I found they had scheduled another patient in my place. He told the nurses he refused to see me because he was running behind. Strange how I would have waited 2 hours anyway, yet they can't wait 5 minutes for me to show up? I am changing doctors and I am extremely saddened by this as he is a good doctor and takes time with his patients. However, his wait times are now unreasonable. Do not go there if you are sick and need to lie down. You will be waiting forever.

I have gone to his doctor a few times now. I will not use this doctor again!!!! I needed to be referred to the lab, this used to be handled over the phone. They are now requiring me to come in to the office. I waited for 1-1/2 hours and was still not seen. This is not a first for me. But it will be my last. They should not overbook their appointments; if they are running late then they should alert their patients. I was in the waiting room, and heard another patient complaining as well. His capabilities as a physician are not flawed (although I think he takes too long visiting with his patients), but this patient is looking for another physician -- Customer service counts! Our time as patients are just as important as the physicians.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
