I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
