The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
