They were friendly and made me feel at home. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I would recommend them to people I know. They were able to help me a lot.

I saw another doctor in the same practice several years ago and didn't have very many positive things to say, but I've had a completely different experience this time - I'm not sure if it's just different employees or if other things have changed, but the people in the office are very friendly and tactful. I had issues with being able to pay because Dr. Ripperger was "out of network" on my insurance, but the office manager did a really good job of approaching me about the balance without coming off rude or disrespectful which I really appreciated. Dr. Ripp knows his stuff and isn't a "pill - pusher." He gives options, tells you what he thinks would work the best but ultimately lets you choose the treatment you want. He can come across as "stiff" (he's not gonna chat you up about your hobbies or try to be "buddy buddy") but don't confuse that for him not "caring." If you let him know something's up (emotional/insurance/etc) he's gonna do whatever he can to find a solution

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived

Absolutely! I'm better than I've ever been
