They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My family has gone to Dr. Johnny Jones for decades and he is an excellent Ophthalmologist. I take my son there and would recommend him to anyone.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Dr Jones is one of the best eye doctors that I have been to. He discovered a hole in my retina and took immediate steps to get me an appointment with a doctor specializing in retina surgery and the problem was fixed before any more damage could occur. Dr Jones is thorough in his examinations and explains clearly what he finds.
