I went for a heel pain and she helped me isolate the problem and referred me to PT. I wasn't worried about their equipment at all. I could tell it was safe and well taken care of. They are one of the most attentive rehabilitation specialists I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. I felt very listened to and respected. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times here. I never have to miss work or cancel plans to make my appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to
Is this rehabilitation specialist easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
No, they were out of everything!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
