Showed them growth behind ear. Was laughed at. Had dermatology look at it and it turned out to be cancer. Also, a torn meniscus from august had yet to be treated.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
