I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them, but they could do better. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
