Doc Pollard and staff are nice, sweet people. He is very calm and understanding and his main assistant (oops, forgot her name) is a also sweet and capable. Small town service. Not in love with the after hours answering service as it goes to the hospital and they don't take messages. That is annoying.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
