My children have been patients of Dr. Everett for literally years (15 and 11 years to be exact) we have always been treated with the up most respect and courtesy. If there is something anyone of my children need, she will do what it takes to make it happen. None of the staff at this office make me feel inadequate as a parent. When I call the office for what ever reason, either my phone call is returned within the same day or I am able to have my children seen that same day or the following day. I can honestly say that Dr. Everett and the staff care. However, I can not say this for other OMG locations as I have had bad experiences.

Dr. Everett and ALL the staff at this location is AMAZING!!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Yes, they treat their staff with respect
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Yes

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent?
Sometimes, I felt a little ridiculed

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
