It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They had very convenient availability. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The office was easy enough to find. Almost as soon as I entered the appointment room, they came in to see me right away. I liked that I wasn't left waiting in there long. They weren't one of those doctors who thinks they know everything. They were very attentive, and listened to everything I had to say.
However, the doctor did the obvious diagnostics, and when nothing showed up, he disengaged, and made no further appointments and offered to refer me to someone else, but he didn't...even after I ask. I don't think he's interested in difficult cases. Maybe he should retire..

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was very impressed by how clean their office was. Everything was neat and orderly, and it was obvious that they cared about making sure everything was sterile for their patients. They were definitely one of the best urologists I've seen, and I think they are one of the best in the field.

I know that I can always count on them. I had an emergency recently, and I was so relieved that they took my call right away. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
