I love Dr. MEDHI and her staff. I find everyone that works there to be friendly and professional. My husband and I think it's the most efficiently run office we've ever been in!!

There's a reason the staff is different every time you go in the office. The Office Manager & owner, Dr Bergman, are two peas in a pod - Disrespectful to their core. Her office manager gets away with everything, including disrespecting the office staff (in front of patients!) AND other patients in clear sight of the waiting room. She will dismiss you from her practice over a $30 bill that you didn't know you had - even if you are standing there with a credit card in your hand. The practice could use a visit from OSHA, as a majority of their stuff is expired & they do not run controls on anything. The reason patients wait weeks on end to hear a response from Dr. Bergman regarding their labs is because the notifications sit in her email, since she is too busy ganging up on her office staff. I have been there when they (Bergman & the manager) have scolded the staff for simply laughing at something - because heaven forbid you enjoy the time you're at work. And yet, the OM gets away with sexual advances with the patients. The other practitioners (Dr. Medhi & the NP/PA's) are excellent, and I feel sorry they have to work under the hammer & fist like they do. Bergman may be knowledgeable, but until she gets her act together and starts respecting her staff & patients, the practice will continue to suffer.

I didn't like this doctors office at all. From front office to doctors I thought they were miserable. It's too bad they are the only game in north hills.
