I have never had or have a Doctor who is as caring as Dr Schaefer! He really cares about his patients and never "shines" them on. Gives quality time when younarecin his office as a patient. I wish they were all like him. He is always straight and to the point his staff equally so.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
