Dr. Narzikul is a top doc! He always treats me with respect, takes whatever time I need, and explains everything thoroughly. I wish his examining rooms were not so shabby - there is the same sticky tape residue, the same grime on the wall, and the same water leak marks each time - they've been there for years. I would not change doctors because of it, but I just don't get it - I feel like bringing goo-gone and softscrub to improve things! Their desk-staff friendliness and competency has improved greatly in the past few years - their nurses have always been great. I have seen two other doctors in the practice when Dr. N was not there and they were very good too.

I've never doubted Dr. Narzikul's abilities but his staff (not the nurses, the desk) can be a little abrupt and impatient. Trying to reach them by phone however, is a nightmare. Today I called 150 times (I counted) between 1 and 3:30 pm and always got a busy signal. Dr. Narzikul's advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was easy enough to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
Dr Narzikul goes out of his way to accommodate our family and I believe all his patients feel the same . He is really the BEST.
