I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable.
