Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I wasn't feeling well, so I scheduled my appointment with the doctor, I stuck in traffic and called about it, I came exactly by the end of working day (half an hour late), they were leaving. What a doctor can do that? They had a nerve to call the next day and offer a new appointment, no way!
