I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. . I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I am disabled and had a few issue's and was put on medicine that wasnt strong enough. Then my medicine for restless legs and arm syndrome was not the right dose. The pharmacy had to call as well as me. I had to wait 7 days and then when i spoke to the doctor she threw me out saying she couldnt help me.. bull

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
