The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they were fully staffed
