dr childs is great. but the nurse is lazy, doesnt refill prescriptions unless asked to repeatedly. you have to keep calling and it doesnt get done. doesnt return calls

Have been a (male) patient of Dr. Childs for 31 years. She genuinely believes in preventive care, asks her own questions, and takes the time to make sure she answers every question I have . Her very friendly staff are always available by phone if I think of any questions later, to process refills, or to suggest specialists when needed. The office is easy enough to find.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I told the physicians assistant that I was allergic to aspirin so she prescribed me Celebrex for my joint pain. Thank goodness I didn't take it as it specifically states that if you have an aspirin allergy not to take it. Had I been a person that just relied on the doctors prescription, I would be in trouble right now.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
