They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
STAY AWAY, i was assigned to this dr at St Clair Hopsital, upon our 1st meeting i was told i was annoying, my questions were aggervating & that no one had died under his care with my condition. This is all infront of me, a family member & hospital staff... why he is on staff at St Clair is beyond me!!

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
