It was a long time ago, I hope things are better for him and even though he over looked a hospital stay of mine, I'm sure he doesn't remember me the minute I walked out of that hospital. Hard to ask question too, let a lone get a good answer back from. Back in 07 I had eye issues because of my MS and EVERYTHING was NEW TO ME, LIKE WHATS GOING ON. When I asked question about going to an MS convention being held by his OWN GROUP, HE TOLD HIS NURSE TO GIVE ME A FLYER OF HIS CREDENTIALS!?!?! I didn't doubt his ability to treat my MS, I was looking for MORE info on my own behalf and he didn't seem to want to see me go to it?!?! I did and found a better Dr, we walked away from my check up visit after the hospital and never looked back. Dr Gould can and does have the ability to help us all, but his lack of skills to communicate as well as to even care a little bit about his people, well that's missing lots of tools from the tool box!

If I saw the former reviews I would never had gone to this "doctor" but they only seemed to pop up once I was a verified patient. I have to agree with all reviews I'm finally getting a chance to see. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! He does not listen, throws any records you bring in on his table unread, asks if you have "other"questions without first answering the first questions you asked and generally seems only concerned with getting you in and out quickly. His solution to my insomnia and other uncomfortable symptoms? Just throw some papers at me and tell me to read them on my own. REALLY!?!?!?! FIRE HIM, Doylestown Health Care!!!!

He cares for you and is very smart. I have very bad tremors that another neurologist told me there was nothing he could do. Dr. Gould gave meds and now my tremors are under control and I can go out in public again without being starred at!

No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The staff is cold. Wait time is within reason approx.15 mins. Office is normally pleasant.

However, Dr. Gould is very unfriendly and he would rush our visits. I finally got tired of giving him the benifit of the doubt and went elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend him.
