On the plus side, I was impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was easy to find. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Now the kicker - for a working person, the wait was absolutely ridiculous and I felt this practice is extremely disrespectful to its patients' schedules - I don't know how they stay in business. I arrived early for my appointment but someone with an appointment 1/2 hour after mine walked through the door in front of me. They were nearly an hour early for their visit but were taken ahead of me, essentially pushing my appointment back to their time slot. I have not gone back because of this type of disrespect for my time.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel at ease. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
