I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
