I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.
