They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.his 5 min viist was completely different from my attending doctor the DOL used his opinion and send me to work after my doctor warned that Iwould end up with perminate injury.after tree months at work I became perminatly injured and have spent the last 30 years in constint pain.stay away from this one he is out for money or he did something wrong and the government now controlls his reports.Stay away from this guy 30 years without a nights sleep longer than 3 hours is not worth it.KEEP AWAY you have been warned
