Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions

I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

No. I still haven't talked to them.
