I'm not sure if they really knew anything about child safety and nutrition, they definitely never mentioned it. I was hoping they would be able to give me more information. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I don not reccommmend this office. They are unorganized. Average wait time is at least 1 hour and a half and that is with complaining. I have two childen that I have been talking their since birth. My oldeest is 5. I will not be returning to this office. They send me bills in the mail even after I pay the co-pay with reciepts. The well children take precidence over the sick children. The nursing staff is rude and un helpful.
