Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. They weren't too bad, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I'm not sure they can help me. Not to mention while we were waiting to be called back, my child was playing on the floor and reached under a chair and almost got a face and arm full of cobwebs! YUCK! The room smelled like someone who hadn't bathed in a while. Not to mention the time before last I asked for a copy of my childs shot records and had to pay for it, I've never had to pay for shot records before, on the receipt was another name for my child, I personally don't feel like they could care less about you or your kids. I switching pediatricians ASAP!

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Dr. Patel is the best Pediatrician. He is very caring and he was amazing with my daughter. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had. I would recommend him to everyone!!!
