Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent?
Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
