They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they are very reliable.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.
