Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
